We really needed the rest after a strenuous and exciting day yesterday in Madagascar. Clay was up in the dark again this morning, I think. We managed to get 2 laundry loads done between breakfast and lunch. Speaking of breakfast, at the same time Serenity lost Coke Zero Sugar, we lost no sugar, no or low fat flavored yogurt. For the 7 sea days after Fremantle all that was on the Marketplace buffet was snack packs like Activia. Not a meal. On the morning we would arrive in Mauritius, Chobani reappeared. We hadn't touched land so it had been onboard that entire 7 day stretch. Yesterday a very good Tasmanian produced yogurt appeared in addition to the Chobani. Again, that had to have been onboard since Tasmania. WTH?
We have been notified nearly every day for a week that we are going to arrive an hour later than scheduled in Richards Bay. The latest reflections also notifies us that the entire ship has to clear a mandatory face to face immigration process to enter South Africa. We are on a ship's tour so hopefully they are on top of that. Reflections did state that people with independent touring plans could use the phones at Reception to notify their tour operators without charge. That was nice. Also in Reflections is the notice that if you plan to go ashore in Mozambique that the ship will charge your account $50 per person for an in transit visa. The default is the charge, if you are not going ashore there is a deadline to opt out of the visa.
We went to the movie "Don't Worry, He Won't Get Far on Foot" at 2:30 this afternoon. Clay didn't care for it. I liked it.
Tonight was Formal. We went to Prego. I still don't like it very much. We move the clocks back another hour tonight.
