Here's another fun video I found and am posting in the better late than never category! We had a fun time at sunset in Alice Springs.

Found Koala Video

 

I know I am so slow! I am still working my way through our last trip's photos. Today I found a koala video. It was shot at Featherdale Wildlife Park near Blacktown on the outskirts of Sydney. We watched this koala walk around the limbs of a koala enclosure to move from one cluster of eucalyptus branches to a fresh one full of leaves where he settled in and started munching. It was the most movement we saw from any koala during the entire trip! Enjoy!

Found some Komodo video

Here I am. Clay made me turn my back on the Komodo dragons for this photo. It seemed like a very foolish idea and then this happened.

I found some video Clay shot of a Komodo Dragon on the move. Very creepy with tongue action! That dragon tried to start a dragon fight and the other video actually has audio of the dragons hissing. Terrifying! Spoiler: the dragons did not fight while we were there. They laid back down. Whew!

This day goes in my character-building column of life experiences under face your worst fears. Go walking on an island inhabited by giant carnivorous lizards: Check!
