| Bob Garner and Little Bob |
I used to have this photo of
Bob Garner with Little Bob up when you opened this blog. When I started posting this blog, Bob Garner was escorting road trips by bus. He canceled the last scheduled trip, last fall to Shelton Vineyards. His last post on his website had been an order form to reserve that trip and it had been posted in April 2011. He did not change his website until more than a year had passed, not even an update to note the cancellation. Then, in May, he completely revamped his website and it appears that he removed all reference to his past escorted road trips. We are sorry to see Bob end his road trip business. We really enjoyed our
trips with Bob and Ruthie. Anyway, I thought since Bob Garner is evidently out of the business of escorting weekend getaways that I should change the blog's cover photo. This one is from a rented Mini-Cooper leaving Malaga, Spain on the way to Ronda from 2006. If I get a better photo for the cover, I will edit it again, but for now that is my best shot.
